Chicago poet Nadia Trousdale’s first volume, Two Seasons, is a literary mood swing: belated love letters, drunken laughter and the chaos of city life splashed onto every page.  It’s sex, drugs and rock’n'roll joining together in worship of Keats and Rimbaud, and finding a wary sort of peace in the pleasure of writing. In essence, it is a reflection of the madness of one’s twenties, with a spirited search for the beauty in all things.
